Alex Senft has been with the firm since 2013, gaining extensive experience in personal injury and property damage cases. He graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2020 with a Merit Scholarship and passed the bar in April 2022. In 2025, Alex also became barred in Oregon, expanding his ability to serve clients across state lines. Alex has worked hands-on with clients, reviewing legal documents, assisting in case preparation, and providing critical support during depositions and meetings. His dedication to client service and legal expertise has allowed him to thrive within the firm. Additionally, Alex interned at the Suffolk County Supreme Court under Honorable William J. Condon, further enhancing his courtroom experience. Outside of work, Alex is passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, lacrosse, and football.

R. Jack Clapp, Senior Litigation Counsel at Senft Legal, LLC, brings over three decades of experience in complex civil litigation and trial law. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1990, Jack has tried over 150 cases to verdict, including high-profile cases such as the United 232 crash and Sea World exhibition boat landing incident. He has served on numerous steering committees in multi-district litigation and has been recognized as Ohio Lawyers Weekly's Lawyer of the Year in 2000. Admitted to practice in Oregon, Montana, Ohio, and various federal courts, Jack is known for his strategic litigation approach. Outside of his legal career, Jack has served as a professional firefighter and EMT, reflecting his dedication to service and leadership.

Scott J. Senft, founder of Senft Injury Advocates, has over 30 years of experience in personal injury law. A 1991 graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Scott passed both the Georgia and Florida Bar Exams and began his career as a law clerk for the Broward County Circuit Court. After working alongside Jonathan Sabghir in workers' compensation and personal injury law, Scott founded his own practice in 1995. He has since built a reputation for compassionate, client-focused representation in South Florida, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and nursing home abuse. Outside of work, Scott enjoys yoga, music, ice hockey, and spending time with his family.

With over 7.5 years at the firm, she brings consistency, insight, and an understanding of our clients’ needs to everything she does. She is originally from Venezuela and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Outside of work, she enjoys watching true-crime documentaries, staying active through running and skiing, and unwinding with a good book or a day out boating.

Sandra has been with the firm for over four years. She was born in the Dominican Republic and is known for her caring approach with clients. Outside of work, she enjoys walks with her cocker spaniel, trying new restaurants, and anything sushi-related. Her favorite part of the job is "being able to help people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives."

Daniel has been with the firm for nine years! He says his favorite part of the job is “seeing the happiness on clients’ faces when they receive their compensation — it’s priceless.” Originally from Venezuela, Daniel spends his time outside of work playing soccer and drums, and he never says no to good Italian food.

Yela has been with the firm for six years and serves as the Claims Department Assistant Manager. She loves her role and finds it rewarding to experience clients’ gratitude, especially when they appreciate the honesty of the process, timely responses, and the benefits they’re able to obtain. Outside of work, she enjoys watching soccer, spending time with her family, and has a bearded dragon named Draco.

She has been a Claims Assistant with the firm for six and a half years and was drawn to the legal field because of her genuine interest in justice, rights, and helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, dancing Zumba, and watching Friends.
