R. Jack Clapp tiene más de tres décadas de experiencia en litigios civiles y derecho procesal. Graduado Magna Cum Laude del Cleveland Marshall College of Law en 1990, Jack ha llevado a juicio más de 150 casos con veredicto, incluidos casos de alto perfil como el accidente del vuelo United 232 y el incidente del bote de exhibición de Sea World. Scott J. Senft, dueño de Senft Injury Advocates, tiene más de 30 años practicado derecho de lesiones personales. Graduado en 1991 de la Facultad de Derecho de Georgia State University, Scott fue admitido al Colegio De Abogados en Georgia y Florida, comenzando su carrera como asistente judicial en el Tribunal del Circuito del Condado de Broward. Después de trabajar junto a Jonathan Sabghir en casos de compensación laboral y lesiones personales, Scott fundó su propia práctica en 1995. Desde entonces, ha construido una buena reputación en Florida por su atención personalizada y compasiva, representando todo tipo de lesiones personales como esas causadas por accidentes de vehículos, resbalones y caídas, y abuso en hogares de ancianos. Fuera del trabajo, Scott disfruta practicar yoga, tocar instrumentos musicales, el hockey y pasar tiempo con su familia.

With over 7.5 years at the firm, she brings consistency, insight, and an understanding of our clients’ needs to everything she does. She is originally from Venezuela and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Outside of work, she enjoys watching true-crime documentaries, staying active through running and skiing, and unwinding with a good book or a day out boating.

Elionise (Miss El) has spent over 25 years with the firm, serving as both a paralegal and office manager. She earned her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Keiser University, building a strong foundation in legal research, documentation, and case management. Known for her reliability and dedication, Elionise takes pride in supporting attorneys, overseeing daily operations, and fostering trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchild. She loves cooking and jokingly considers her kitchen her favorite restaurant, where she proudly serves as head chef.

Sandra has been with the firm for over four years. She was born in the Dominican Republic and is known for her caring approach with clients. Outside of work, she enjoys walks with her cocker spaniel, trying new restaurants, and anything sushi-related. Her favorite part of the job is "being able to help people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives."

Daniel has been with the firm for nine years! He says his favorite part of the job is “seeing the happiness on clients’ faces when they receive their compensation — it’s priceless.” Originally from Venezuela, Daniel spends his time outside of work playing soccer and drums, and he never says no to good Italian food.

Haymara has been with the firm for eight years, bringing strong analytical skills and financial expertise to her role. She earned her degree in Public Accounting from Francisco de Miranda University College. Known for her precision and organization, Haymara enjoys designing and structuring everything from spaces in her home to detailed statistical reports.
What she enjoys most about her work is closing successful deals and witnessing the moment clients receive more compensation than they expected. Seeing the relief and happiness on clients’ faces after a case is resolved is what motivates her every day.
Outside of work, she enjoys good food, especially steak and sushi, two of her favorites.

Yela has been with the firm for six years and serves as the Claims Department Assistant Manager. She loves her role and finds it rewarding to experience clients’ gratitude, especially when they appreciate the honesty of the process, timely responses, and the benefits they’re able to obtain. Outside of work, she enjoys watching soccer, spending time with her family, and has a bearded dragon named Draco.

She has been a Claims Assistant with the firm for six and a half years and was drawn to the legal field because of her genuine interest in justice, rights, and helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, dancing Zumba, and watching Friends.
